TimeWall terms, conditions and policy
This page follows the homepage design and explains how users, advertisers and admin should handle rewards, postbacks, fraud checks and support for TimeWall.
User rules
- Use one account, one real identity and your own device profile.
- Do not use VPN, proxy, emulator farms, fake leads, incentivized fraud or rapid-repeat signups.
- Do not abuse chargebacks, fake installs, temporary emails or stolen advertiser data.
- Offer completion time, network hold and provider validation may affect when credits appear.
Reward and reversal rules
- Credits can be temporary until the provider confirms the conversion.
- Duplicate transaction IDs are blocked and logged.
- Admin may manually review suspicious callbacks or submissions before points are final.
- Reversed conversions may be removed from the user balance if the provider cancels the reward.
Privacy and data
Only the identifiers needed to track reward activity should be sent to TimeWall, such as internal user ID, callback URL, sub ID or hash fields required by that provider. Sensitive credentials should stay in admin settings and never be shown publicly.
Advertiser and support rules
Advertisers must use clear landing pages, honest payout expectations and legal traffic sources. Support requests should include wall name, internal user ID, click time, transaction ID and a screenshot whenever possible.
Provider setup note
Use the admin Offerwalls page to add API keys and secret keys. The callback preview and launch template use the current live domain automatically, so when the website domain changes, the generated postback link also changes with it.
