Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of OfferMasti and apply to all users, advertisers, publishers, and visitors. By registering an account, accessing any page, or using any OfferMasti service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• We may request verification for selected accounts, deposits, withdrawals, or suspicious activity.

2. User Conduct

• You must not use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN abuse, proxy abuse, or fake traffic.
• You must not create multiple accounts to gain unfair rewards.
• You must not exploit system errors, postback weaknesses, campaign loopholes, or duplicate reward opportunities.

3. Earnings and Reward Validation

Rewards are credited only after successful validation by our systems, our partners, or the relevant advertiser or publisher workflow. OfferMasti may reverse, hold, or reject any reward linked to fraud, invalid traffic, chargebacks, duplicate actions, or policy violations.

4. Advertiser Terms

• Advertisers must maintain sufficient funded balance before campaigns are approved or activated.
• Campaign content must be legal, accurate, and compliant with our standards.
• We may pause or reject campaigns that create complaints, policy risk, or fraudulent behavior.

5. Publisher Terms

• Publishers must submit valid websites, apps, or traffic sources for approval.
• Publishers are responsible for the quality and legitimacy of their traffic.
• OfferMasti may suspend API access or withhold rewards if invalid traffic, self-incent abuse, or fraudulent conversions are detected.

6. Payments and Withdrawals

All payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, security checks, payment provider rules, account status, and available processing workflows. Payment delays may occur if manual review is required.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or permanently terminate access to any account or service at our discretion when there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, or repeated non-compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

OfferMasti is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for third-party outages, advertiser disputes, provider delays, lost profits, or indirect damages.
